Dr. \u00d6zge Andi\u00e7 \u00c7ak\u0131r ve E\u00dc Uzaktan E\u011fitim Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. F\u0131rat Sarsar\u2019\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ERASMUS Plus MILC program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda AB taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen ve 24 ay s\u00fcrecek olan \u201cY Ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Kaotik \u00d6\u011frenme Yollar\u0131 ve \u0130novasyon\u201d projesi resmen ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projenin, Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 21\u2019inci y\u00fczy\u0131l becerileriyle donatacak bir \u00f6\u011frenme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zge Andi\u00e7 \u00c7ak\u0131r, \u201cBu \u00f6\u011frenme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda hedeflenen, Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n liderli\u011fi, kendi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerine g\u00f6re uygulamas\u0131, yenilik\u00e7i temalar\u0131n, metodolojilerin ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 anlamas\u0131 ve bunlardan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak \u00f6zetleniyor. MILC projesinin proje konsorsiyumu, son birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r Avrupa Birli\u011finin \u00f6nemli ve birbiriyle ili\u015fkili olan; \u2018Birlikte nas\u0131l yaratabiliriz?\u2019, \u2018A\u00e7\u0131k-inovasyonu nas\u0131l uygulayabiliriz?\u2019, \u2018Ekonomik krizin dalgalanan etkileriyle nas\u0131l ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabiliriz?\u2019 gibi temel sorular\u0131na cevaplar bulmak i\u00e7in bir araya geldi. Avrupa Komisyonu, bilgiye yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131rarak, yenilik i\u00e7in daha etkin finansman\u0131 ve kaynaklar\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik ederek uygulanmas\u0131 gereken y\u00f6ntemin \u2018tutumlu\u2019 inovasyon olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, \u00e7ok daha az maliyetle \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yapabilen son derece yenilik\u00e7i i\u015f modelleri geli\u015ftirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cKaosta d\u00fczen olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in yeni kaotik yakla\u015f\u0131m kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretilecek\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euegeajans.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Y-Kusagi-Icin-Kaotik-Ogrenme-Yollari-ve-Inovasyon-4-300x226.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1463\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Andi\u00e7 \u00c7ak\u0131r, \u201cH\u0131zl\u0131 dijitalle\u015fmeyle birlikte teknolojik becerilerde g\u00fcncelleme gerekti\u011fi ve AB i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc sanayi devrimi i\u00e7in asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok da haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dile getiriliyor. Bunun temel nedeni, inovasyon yarat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ya mevcut KOB\u0130\u2019lerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 reddetmesi ya da \u00fc\u00e7 aydan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde i\u015flerini b\u0131rakmas\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131yor.&nbsp; Sonu\u00e7 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u2018Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015fyeri stratejileri nas\u0131l eski kurulu\u015flar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ile yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurabilir?\u2019 sorusunun cevab\u0131na ise kaos ve d\u00fczen kelimelerinin bir kombinasyonu olan \u2018Kaotik Liderlik Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u2019 ilkelerine dayanan bir \u00f6\u011frenme metodolojisi yoluyla ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. MILC projesi, kaos benzeri de\u011fi\u015fken ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 performans\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in kavramsal bir katk\u0131 ile geliyor. Projede ana ama\u00e7, Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in liderli\u011fin anlam\u0131, yeni kaotik liderlik ilkelerinin Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n liderlik tarz\u0131yla e\u015fle\u015ftirilmesi, bireylerin ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n bu duruma ayak uydurmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak olarak belirlendi. Yenilik\u00e7i \u00d6\u011frenme El Kitab\u0131 ve Kaotik Liderlik El Kitab\u0131, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kolay \u00f6\u011frenmesini ve e\u011fitimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak a\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fim interaktif bir platform olan MILC \u00d6\u011frenim Merkezi projenin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda 4 adet \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Proje Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u201d ve bir \u201cYayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Etkinlik\u201d ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.
