We’re excited to announce the release of the CoCreAid Kit 4.0 User Guidelines, designed to enhance co-creation between higher education institutions (HEls), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and citizens, particularly in rural areas. [cite: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16] This digital toolkit offers practical methods and tools to foster collaboration, improve digital literacy, and create meaningful social impact.<\/p>\n\n <p>The CoCreAid Kit is tailored for HEIs, NGOs, and citizens, providing each with resources to support effective digital co-creation. [cite: 12, 13, 14] HEIs can strengthen their third mission and adopt new teaching and research methods. [cite: 13] NGOs will benefit from improved project management and enhanced community engagement. [cite: 14] Citizens, especially in rural areas, can develop digital skills and actively participate in co-creation projects that address local challenges.<\/p>\n\n <p>Real-world examples, like the Young IZIKAD Competition and Biodesign Workshop, show how the Kit helps overcome digital literacy barriers and improves collaboration across diverse groups.
