Projenin ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda STEM e\u011fitmenlerinin \u00f6zel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131, pratik uygulama zorluklar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda sa\u011flanan bilgi kaynaklar\u0131 ile saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak m\u00fcfredat ve \u00f6\u011frenme metodoloji geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, \u00a0saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 41 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen odak grup g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi ile 143 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131ya ula\u015f\u0131lan anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Odak grup g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi ile anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve masa-ba\u015f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan elde edilen ilk a\u015fama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklif ve haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famalar\u0131ndaki analize ve sa\u011flam metodolojik yakla\u015f\u0131ma dayanan raporda, ayr\u0131ca \u201cHIIT \u00d6\u011fretim Teknolojisi \u00d6\u011frenme \u0130\u00e7eri\u011fi ve De\u011ferlendirme Y\u00f6ntemi\u201dnin geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nerilere yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>HIIT, ara\u00e7lar\u0131 gereksinimlerle e\u015fle\u015ftirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in ontoloji, dijital ara\u00e7lar, iyi uygulama \u00f6rnekleri ve vakalardan olu\u015fan veri havuzu ve \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim STEM e\u011fitmenlerinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bir e\u011fitim program\u0131 olu\u015fturarak bu sorunu gidermek i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harcamaktad\u0131r. STEM e\u011fitimi, daha teorik konulara k\u0131yasla daha fazla zorluk yaratan pedagojik yakla\u015f\u0131mda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir uygulama ve laboratuvar temelli bile\u015fene sahiptir. Bu nedenle HIIT&#8217;in temel amac\u0131, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim STEM e\u011fitmenlerini \u00f6\u011fretim teknolojisinin ilkelerini ve yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in gereken \u00f6z-yeterlik, yeterlikler ve becerilerle donatmak ve bunlar\u0131 kapan\u0131\u015f\u0131n etkisini azaltmak ve \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n kapsay\u0131c\u0131 do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in h\u0131zla kullanmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim e\u011fitmenlerinin \u00f6z yeterliklerini optimize etmek ve dijital olarak haz\u0131r olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefleyen HIIT ilk proje sonucuyla daha sonra elektronik \u00f6\u011frenme platformuna entegre edilecek m\u00fcfredat ile \u00f6\u011frenme metodolojisi geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Projenin ilk a\u015fama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, Ege \u00dcniversitesi proje ekibinin payda\u015f oldu\u011fu TICON projesi kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 5.
